Tune-Up Golf is designed to activate the appropriate tools based on what you actually do. A golfer can become an organizer, tournament organizer, Men’s Day organizer, Team Play captain, or instructor without creating a second account.

Account Settings controls optional features, communications, and privacy preferences. You still use one Tune-Up Golf account no matter how many different roles you have.

One Account

You do not need separate accounts to play golf, organize games, run tournaments, manage Men’s Day, captain Team Play, or teach golf.

Organizer Tools

Organizer tools support one-time games and recurring groups. These tools can appear automatically after you create your first game or group.

Tournament Tools

Tournament tools provide access to tournament registration, rosters, sponsors, groups, communications, and course preparation.

Men’s Day Tools

Men’s Day tools support club event registration, capacity, waitlists, reminders, and pro-shop updates.

Team Play Tools

Team Play captain tools support the permanent team roster, matches, practices, meetings, and team-wide communications.

Instructor Tools

Golf instructors can eventually use the same account for their instructor profile, inquiries, and teaching-related features.

Why Roles Can Turn On Automatically

If you create a tournament, Tune-Up Golf already knows you need tournament organizer tools. You should not have to manually configure the account first.

Game Communications

Game notifications can include invitations, confirmations, waitlists, cancellations, open spots, final groups, and game reminders.

Event Communications

Tournaments, Men’s Day, and Team Play can have their own event-specific communications and reminder schedules.

Marketing Is Separate

Optional Tune-Up Golf marketing and promotional messages should remain separate from operational game and event communications.

Updates & Photos

Your account can show permitted group, game, tournament, Men’s Day, and Team Play posts and photos.

Public Sharing

Private activity remains private. Public sharing should occur only when the applicable permissions and visibility choices allow it.
