Tune-Up Golf is a golf community and game-organizing platform. It is designed to help golfers manage private golf groups and games, find golf opportunities, connect with golf instructors, and use other golf-related tools as they become available.

Yes. Tune-Up Golf is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

Use the Create Account page. Your Tune-Up Golf profile is then used for your member information, private groups, games, invitations, and other member activity.

Use the Login / My Account page. After signing in, your member Dashboard and private member tools are available according to your account settings.

Your profile can hold the personal and golf information Tune-Up Golf uses throughout the member experience, including your name, playing area, handicap information, home course, and golf preferences. Available fields may change as the platform develops.

A group is a saved golfer roster that an organizer can reuse. The organizer can maintain the group and create separate dated games from it without rebuilding the golfer list each time.

No. Private groups and games remain separate from Find a Game. Public golf opportunities are created through the Find a Game posting workflow.

No. The organizer reserves the actual tee time or tee times directly with the golf course or pro shop. Tune-Up Golf is used to organize the golfers and game details around those tee times.

A Game Interest Check lets an organizer ask a private group who may want to play before the actual tee time is booked. The organizer can propose a course, possible date or day, time window, number of golfers sought, and a response deadline.

The organizer reviews the responses, selects the golfers for the actual game, and converts the Interest Check into the normal Create New Game workflow. The final game details can then be completed and the real invitations sent to the selected golfers.

Yes. A game can specify whether a GHIN or handicap requirement applies. Tune-Up Golf does not currently claim automatic GHIN access unless a specific verified integration is offered.

Yes, when the organizer enables guests for that specific game. Guest rules are set per game and do not automatically add a guest to the permanent group.

When the Add to Calendar option is available for a finalized game, you can use it to add the game information to a supported calendar.

Find a Game is designed to show golf opportunities near you and let you search by location, distance, date, and opportunity type. It is separate from an organizer’s private group-game workflow.

When the posting feature is available to your account, you can use Post a Golf Opportunity to look for golfers. Posting an opportunity is separate from creating a private group game.

Use the Golf Instructor directory to search available instructor profiles by name, city, location, or distance. Individual profiles may include specialties, teaching locations, lesson information, and available contact options.

Yes. Tune-Up Golf can provide a claim process for an applicable existing instructor profile and a way to request removal from public view after appropriate verification.

No. Golf instructors shown on Tune-Up Golf are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Golfers should evaluate an instructor’s qualifications, pricing, availability, and services for themselves.

Text messages may be used for game invitations, Interest Checks, reminders, game updates, account notices, and other communications permitted by your settings and applicable consent.

Yes. Marketing communications can be opted out of using the instructions provided with the message and the communication controls made available by Tune-Up Golf. Transactional or account-related communications may be handled separately where permitted.

Private group and game information is intended for the applicable members, invitees, and organizers according to the page and feature settings. Public Find a Game opportunities are handled separately.

Tune-Up Golf may offer a mix of free and paid features. When a paid feature is offered, the applicable price and terms should be shown before purchase or activation.

Some Tune-Up Golf tools are being developed in phases. A feature marked Coming Soon is not yet part of the normal live member workflow and may change before release.
